Both Miss Zenns and Miss Zambotti consistently go "the extra mile" to support our students’ personal growth, academic success, and overall well-being. Their unwavering commitment to providing guidance and support has made a profound and lasting impact on our students and their families.
Please join us in thanking Miss Zenns and Miss Zambotti for their tireless work and for the invaluable contributions they make to our school community every day.

This month, we highlight the importance of career and technical education (CTE) in preparing students for successful futures. Through various programs and initiatives through the Brocton Central School District and Erie 2-BOCES, students have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop skills that are critical in today's fast-paced and ever-evolving job market.
Our goal is to inspire students to explore various career options and understand the value of technical skills in conjunction with academic knowledge.
Join us in celebrating the achievements of our students and educators in CTE, and let's work together to build a brighter future for all!

Dear Friends, Partners, and Community Supporters,
At Prevention Works, community support makes everything we do possible. With the start of 2026 in full swing, we’re excited to share two important fundraisers that directly support our prevention, education, and outreach programs, and we invite you to be a part of them. We invite you to join us and share our fundraisers. Fundraisers like these allow us to continue providing vital prevention programs for youth, families, and adults throughout our community. Whether you attend an event, purchase a discount card, share our message, or encourage others to participate, your support truly makes a difference.
Thank you for standing with Prevention Works and helping us build a healthier, stronger community.
With gratitude,
Prevention Works

Krystal, Edrielys, Damiaon, and Ava came back down to the computer lab to help Mrs. Zappie teach other other class of first graders. Mrs. Zappie is so thankful - she couldn't have done it without them!

10th grade students may now pick up a registration form for Career and Technical Education (CTE) programs offered through BOCES for the 2026-2027 school year. Forms are available in the Brocton Central School Guidance Office.
Any student interested in applying to a CTE program must complete and submit the registration form no later than February 3.
Please note that completion of a registration form does not guarantee acceptance into a CTE program. Placement is determined through a committee selection process based on the following criteria:
-Academic grades
-Overall progress toward graduation
-Attendance
-Behavioral record
-Student interest in the program
-Post-secondary plans
Eligible 10th-grade students will participate in a field trip to tour the E2CCB Campus, where they will learn more about the available CTE programs.
Please review the attached information for additional details about the CTE programs: https://www.e2ccb.org/programs/career-technical-education/
If you have any questions, feel free to contact the Guidance Office at (716) 792-2192 or email Ms. Ashley Zambotti at alzambotti@broctoncsd.org or Mrs. Laurie Skinner at lskinner@broctoncsd.org.

Human trafficking is not merely a distant problem; it is a stark reality that can manifest in various forms, including sex trafficking, labor trafficking, and exploitation of vulnerable populations.
Throughout this month, the Brocton Central School District urges the community to join the effort to raise awareness about this pressing issue. Simple actions, such as sharing information on social media, attending local awareness events, or volunteering with organizations working to combat trafficking, can make a significant difference.
