We would like to remind you of the current COVID guidelines that were recently shared from the Chautauqua County Health Department: Please note- Anyone who tests positive for COVID is to remain at home for five (5) days and notify the Chautauqua County Health Department. Anyone who is named as a close contact, regardless of your vaccination status, should wear a well fitting mask for ten (10) days after the exposure. As long as no COVID symptoms develop ALL MAY REMAIN IN SCHOOL. To be exposed- one would need to be within six (6) feet of a positive person for 15 minutes with no mask. An exception to all rules is that of a person who has been diagnosed with COVID and has recovered in the past 90 days. Please call your doctor or the Chautauqua County Health Department with any questions. The Brocton Central School District nursing staff will also be happy to answer any of your questions at (716) 792-2146.
