Between the Bells Spirit Week
Between the Bells is an initiative designed to spark authentic conversations about mental health and wellness in our schools. Through fun daily activities and meaningful discussions, the program helps educate students about common mental health struggles, available resources, and ways they can support one another.
This week encourages students to:
✨ Express themselves
✨ Build confidence and connection
✨ Reduce stress and social pressures
✨ Celebrate individuality
✨ Promote kindness, hope, and emotional wellness
Mental health matters every day. We are proud to help students learn that it’s okay to ask for help and that no one has to face challenges alone.
