The purpose of the Family Guide to Transition Planning—Preparing Students with Disabilities for Life After High School is to assist families in understanding the transition planning process specifically from high school to life after high school.

Keys to Success for Students Identified with a Specific Learning Disability

In this virtual session participants will be introduced to data-based individualized intervention framework and learn answers to the following questions and more:

1. What happens once a student has become eligible for an IEP for a specific learning disability?
2. How can schools use intervention processes to ensure students with SLD are on track to make appropriately rigorous progress?
3. How can parents and schools effectively share information to support student progress?
